HEALTHIER GLUTEN FREE; LOW CARB BREAD RECIPE: ( Please remember that low carb bread does not have gluten in it. So it does not rise like regular bread. If you have a smaller loaf pan it will give you a taller bread) . I have been experimenting with gluten free “lower carb” breads because I am a borderline diabetic; eating too many fruits make me ill and as a vegetarian I eat “mainly” veggies and skip the fruits; but bread is a weakness! I seen some high cholesterol breads out there and that doesn’t sound appealing, so I created a “lower” fat recipe using less eggs and less butter! I hope you enjoy! Great for low carb diets and great for diabetes and celiac disease.

This is a great bread that can be made fresh everyday without the use of an oven, it goes great with eggs, peanut butter, nutella, or even grilled cheese..
Ing:
4 tbsp almond flour.
2 tbsp flaxseed powder.
1 egg.
3/4 tbsp olive oil.
Method:
Whisk the egg and add the almond flour and flaxseed oil mix it well then lastly add the oil and mix again, use a 2x2 bowl or container, now you can either make one slice of bread or you can divide the mixture in two and have two thin slices of bread…. Pop it in the microwave for 1 minute and make sure to let it cool on a wire rack as the bottom does get a little soggy. This bread should preferably be eaten fresh. Top it with peanut butter or my homemade nutella (the video should be coming out soon) or have with eggs..
Enjoy!
